Returns & Refunds policy

Order Cancellations:

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched by contacting us at:

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns:

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect selection

  • Orders no longer required

  • Opened or used products

All sales are considered final unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product:

  • Arrives damaged or defective

  • Is not as described

  • You receive the incorrect item

If this occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product

We will assess the issue and provide a resolution where applicable.

Refunds:

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

Returns Process (if required):

In some cases, we may request the item be returned before issuing a refund or replacement.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed faulty or incorrect

  • Returns must be approved prior to being sent

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns
